Our history
My name is Salesca Rodriguez, I am originally from Nicaragua.
I have been in the pastry industry for 7 years. I come from a family that loves cooking in general. I started making cakes to share in English classes and that's when they started to motivate me to sell. I started looking for recipes and practicing them. I took something away from them, I added something else, until I found the balance to not make them too sweet... All my products are made with homemade recipes, fresh.
